42
Our clients have a median of 42,000,000 USD in investable assets. Wealth in that measure requires a network of infrastructure to protect, manage and grow it. That infrastructure is typically constructed using companies, trusts and foundations, but built, monitored and maintained by exceptional people.
What Clients Say
Hearing what clients care about enables us to tailor our services accordingly. Quantifying client satisfaction in the same way we would our investment returns permits us to apply the same rigorous methods, and improve client satisfaction.
Different Things For Different People
Q: How would you rank the importance of each of the following, with respect to the overall services your advisor provides, with a 1 being most important and a 4 being least important?
Active Listening
Actively soliciting feedback from clients lets us know where the gaps are. As your priorities change over time as you transition through life, we take time to check in with you at regular intervals. It is important to us that we’re well apprised with what’s important to you, what you’re interested in, and what you need from us.

Different Stages Of Life

Furthermore, wealth that crosses generations will by definition transition from older to younger hands. Whether you are a first generation entrepreneur or a family descendent, we strive to empower you with bespoke wealth management solutions.
Ethics Are Important
It is not surprising that working with an advisor who is ethical is critical to clients. When asked about specific aspects of ethics, clients said the following were most important.

client information.”
“My wealth manager responds to my inquiries and instructions appropriately,
promptly, completely, and truthfully.”
“My wealth manager has high ethical standards”
